What I'm doing now

A snapshot, not an archive — the handful of things with my attention this season. If we last spoke a while ago, this is the catch‑up.

  1. Building

    Peak Health most days — a training app that starts from how you actually feel, not just your watch's recovery score. Slow, deliberate, and I'm my own first user.

  2. Training

    Base-building for the mountains again. Less chasing numbers, more time on feet. The watch and I have reached an uneasy truce.

  3. Eating

    Cooking simple, repeatable things and ignoring food scores. Eat or Skip exists because my dad deserved a plain answer, not a dashboard.

  4. Thinking about

    How the same loops — feedback, recovery, compounding — keep showing up in code, training, and sleep. This notebook is where I try to write it down before it slips.
